内容概要

这是一篇介绍四种公司文化的lecture，第一种叫做power culture ,需要有中心力的有效性。拎一个特征就是交流经常以对话形式进行。但反面是，他的组织形式并不总是有效，因为他太依赖于顶层。

另一类称之为role culture，这一类型经常在大公司存在，有严格的等级之分。这种组织结构有个好处，就在于它的支出比投入要低。
